Training and coaching for TOPdesk
Theme sessions and training half-days for agents, key users and administrators, in your own TOPdesk environment. Price on request: it depends on the topic and the number of participants.
The two formats
Theme session
90 minutes on one topic: Events & Actions, reporting, the SelfServicePortal, asset management or the knowledge base. Online.
Training half-day
Four hours of training in your own TOPdesk environment, up to six participants. Online.
The price depends on the topic, the preparation and the number of participants; you get a quotation before we start.
The Administrator Hour and coaching already come with Fully Managed
If you have the Fully Managed package, the Administrator Hour — a fixed, recorded online hour with your agents and key users — is already included every month, along with one-to-one coaching for your administrator, out of the same hours. Why is there no price listed?
A theme session or training half-day varies too much in topic, preparation and group size for one fixed amount. You get a quotation based on what you ask for.
Where does the training take place?
Online, in your own TOPdesk environment. That way participants practise straight away with situations they recognise, without us needing to come on site.
Who is a theme session for?
For agents and key users who work with a specific part of TOPdesk, such as Events & Actions, reporting or the SelfServicePortal.
Can we take this within a Managed package, instead of delivery hours?
Yes. Within Managed you can choose a theme session or training half-day instead of delivery work. One-to-one coaching for your administrator belongs to Fully Managed.
