VCITC is the trading name of Van Croonenburg IT-Consultancy B.V., specialising in ITSM and TOPdesk.

Over twelve years of experience in IT Service Management (ITSM), most of it with TOPdesk. That experience was built at organisations where a service desk does not merely handle tickets, but also has to provide insight and account for itself: from healthcare providers and central government to Defence, retail and real estate.
Hence our emphasis on solid documentation, clear reporting and administration that can be handed over. In those environments, “I know it by heart” is not an answer that holds.
Alongside our services we built AureaDesk: a hosted dashboard for TOPdesk. That too comes straight out of practice. At many organisations, data was exported to Excel again every month, or building and maintaining BI reports took up far more time than it should.
How we work
Remote, and that is a choice
Functional administration is work that can be done almost entirely at a distance. Doing it that way lets you buy it in smaller units: half an hour of work is half an hour, not half a day. Meetings — introductions, roadmaps, quarterly reviews, training — are welcome on site. Within the Benelux we charge no travel costs; beyond that we agree it up front.
Rates on the website
Unusual in this market, but it saves everyone time. You know in advance whether we fit your budget, and we avoid conversations that lead nowhere. What you see on the site is what you pay.
Documented in your environment
Everything we configure is documented in your own TOPdesk environment, not in a folder at our end. That is less convenient for us and better for you: the knowledge stays where it belongs.
Saying no is part of it
If a module is not the right solution, or a licence upgrade is not needed, we say so. We are independent and not affiliated with TOPdesk, so we have no interest in selling more than necessary.
